Assumptions

When someone enters Ca' de Monti, the headquarters of Habitat, a cultural settlement, they step into a microcosm designed to foster spontaneous, convivial, creative, and performative situations. Habitat is more than just a place to sleep; anything can happen within its confines. Therefore, users accept the implications of using this license to protect their work.

Habitat can also manifest itself beyond the hill where Ca' de Monti is located; thus, this license extends to works created by the Habitat team anywhere.

Permissions and Obligations

Any individual, group, or nonprofit organization may morally use, modify, and distribute the contents of this work.

Habitat represents an open, continuous flow, where each person becomes a vector of intentions and possibilities. Therefore, we only ask that you keep track of this transfer of ownership, accrediting the creator of the work and Habitat whenever possible.

Furthermore, we encourage the translation of contents into other languages, encompassing both human languages and various disciplines.

Prohibitions

No one may sell the contents of this work in any form, except under particular and exceptional circumstances. Such requests will be evaluated by the Habitat team and the direct authors through consensus.

This license remains active as long as Habitat and the authors exist.
