A license consensous-based made for the act of (phisical/virtual) publication via habitat channels, the artist(s) ones or third actors.

Assumptions

When someone comes to Ca' de Monti, the headquarter of Habitat, which is a cult(r)ural settlement, They enter in a microcosm aimed to trigger spontaneus, convivial, creative, performative situations. Habitat is not only a place to sleep. Anything can happen in Habitat, therefore They accept the implications of the use of this license to protect their work.

Habitat can manifest itself also outside the hill where Ca' de Monti is built, so this license is extended also to works created with the Habitat team everywhere.

Permissions and obbligations

Any individual, group(s), non-profit organization(s) may morally use, modify, distribute the content of this work.

Habitat's is an open, continuous flow, in which each person becomes a vector of intentions and possibilities. We therefore only ask you to keep track of this change of hands, accrediting the creator of the work and Habitat whenever the possibility arises.

We also encourage to translate the contents into other languages of any form (human languages but also disciplines).

Prohibitions

Nobody can't sell in any form the content of this work except for particular and exceptional requests, which can be evalueted consensuesly by the Habitat team and the direct authors.

Warranty

This license remains active as long as Habitat and the authors exists.
