Elena from SIS initiated the collective recipes book, better known as Ricettario.

The scene narrative has a specific role—like a passport, you use it to gain entry to a foreign place. That is what you feel when reading recipes, which offer the adventure of being taken into the unfamiliar world of the writer.
This ricettario was initiated as a result of the one-week dwelling excursion of Master program SIS in Habitat. 7 days, 21 collective meals, 24 mouths to feed, and many litres of wine later. We’ve cut, tasted, licked, shaped, watered, messed, planned, washed, peeled, burnt, mixed, sifted, played, sang, danced, tarnished, greased, cleaned, and over and over again.
